STORY

Maya Kitajima is just a common girl without any special quality. However she is a genius on stage. Chigusa Tsukikage, a great actress whose carrier was over due to an accident, is searching for a girl talented enough to play the legandary role of Kurenai Tennyo. She comes accross Maya, and leads her toward the world of stage. Ayumi Himekawa, the daughter of a director and an actress, pretty, smart and talented is aiming to get the role too, so she will have to compete with Maya in order to reach her dream.

Masumi Hayami, the vice-president of Daito Entertainment is after the rights of Kurenai Tennyo to take revenge on his step-father, Eisuke, so he will do anything to get them, even using dirty tricks against mrs Tsukikage. But Masumi is impressed with Maya's passionate acting and starts sending her purple roses, becoming her secret admirer.

The moral of this story is you have to pursue your dreams and work hard every day if you want to make them come true.
